4. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are indicated before final checkout.

Payment is due in full at the time of order.
5. Orders & Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any order in case of stock unavailability, payment issue, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our European warehouse and delivered via approved carriers (e.g., UPS, DHL, Colissimo, BPost, etc.).
Delivery times vary by destination and are indicated during checkout.
Delays caused by customs or carriers are beyond our control but we will assist in tracking your parcel.
7. Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange.
Returned products must be in original condition and packaging, with all labels intact.
To initiate a return, please register it through our Returns Portal or contact bonjour@avantgardeparis.com to obtain a return label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
Return shipping is free in cases of defect, error, or damaged item; otherwise, costs may be deducted from your refund.
8. Warranty
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Directive 1999/44/EC) and the warranty against hidden defects under applicable law.
