Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to love your purchase from AVANT-GARDE PARIS.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full or partial refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

This policy applies to all online purchases made through [www.avantgardeparis.fr and other official EU sales channels operated by ASTERIA INTERNATIONAL SAS.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • Returns must be registered through the Order Page or by contacting bonjour@avantgardeparis.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items returned due to damage or defect must include clear photos for verification.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item is returned beyond the 30-day window.

  • The product shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage not due to our error.

  • The item was marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase (if applicable).


4. Return Process

  1. Register your return request through our Returns Portal or by emailing bonjour@avantgardeparis.com

  2. You will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include the Return Note inside the parcel.

  4. Drop off the package at your nearest approved carrier location (e.g., DHL, BPost, Colissimo, etc.).


5. Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


6. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not currently offered.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at bonjour@avantgardeparis.com with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.


8. Responsibility During Return Transit

Until the returned item reaches our warehouse, it remains the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend retaining the proof of postage or tracking receipt.
